The Purpose of this screen is to allow to pick a math function to insert into your calculator expression. As you click on each function, the graph will update real time so you will see what the function looks like on the plot. This can be very helpful when you are not sure which function you are looking for and need to take a quick glance at it to make sure it is the one you want. It has special plot tools for you to zoom in/out.
