Page 9 - SD630 Battery & Charger The Battery & Charger are much smaller than the Canon S50 I used to have. The white square object on the right the battery. The Black box on the left is the charger. It is very easy to install. The charge time takes about 30 to 60 minutes for a new battery. If you are like me you will definitely want to purchase a 2nd battery to get you through those emergency moments when your battery suddenly goes dead.
