Page 5 - Display Cont'd

The nice thing about the display is that if you take a high resolution 6 Mega Pixel photo and then want to see if it focused in really really well, the SD360 PowerShot allows you to zoom into any part of the picture and confirm that it did indeed take a clean, clear, crisp shot.   With my previous cameras,  the displays were so small that I couldn't be sure that I had got a well focused shot, but the SD630 gives you a better indication of this.

The thing about the Display which is not so great is that it is difficult to see if you are using the SD630 on a bright - sunny day.  You can get the general outline of objects or people you are shooting, but if you really want to see what is going on, you pretty much have you cup your hands around the SD639 display.

This camera has been dropped once in the 6 weeks I've owned it.  It did not land on the display, but it remains a worry that such a large unprotected piece of display could easily get scratched.
