The goal of this clever EBAY scam is to get you to login to your EBAY account so your login and password can be stolen.    First you get an email letter like this one below saying

"I'm still waiting the package to arrive What happened?"

Then you click on the "Respond now" button to login which takes you to the scammer's web site where it looks just like EBAY.  Then you login and they steal your login name  and password.

This same thing is being done for Pay Pal too.

Don't feel bad - I fell for this scam too!  The moment I realized that I had logged into a non EBAY web site I went into my EBAY account and changed my password.  Then a couple of days later I received messages from EBAY that some one from a different IP address was trying to log in to my account.  So those nasty scammers tried to get away with it!  If this happens to you - you must login to your eBay account and change your password ASAP!
