Shipping within the U.S. is included in the price
- allow the bike generator 5 to 10 days to arrive.

Pay using credit card PayPal, check, cash.
Bike generators will not be sent until the check clears.

Pay pal will not let you buy more than 1 of these bikes
using a credit card without using a verified PayPal account.

You provide the bike with 26" Wheel Size. Must
have quick release style axle
 to work with the Ascent Bike Stand.
You can use a bigger or small bike wheel but you will have to buy
a different sized belt to make it work. Belts typically
cost around $10.00 US.

You provide the cell phone and cell phone charge
adapters that will work at 14.8 DC volts (Most do).

You will will have to remove the tire off of your
rear wheel, and tube.
Liability

The buyer assumes all responsibility for damage
done to any kind of device hooked up to this bike generator.
This same design has been used at many events with many devices,
but if something goes wrong, you will have to cover the expense,
not me. Therefore be very cautious with what you hook
up to it!

You the buyer agree not to exceed usage limits on
the AC inverter as specified with the owner's manual that will
arrive with the bike U-Gen Pro.

You are liable for any damage or personal injury
that may occur while using this bike generator. You agree to
keep people with long hair away from the rear tire and belt area
while in operation.

You agree to not let people get on that have long
skirts or other clothing that may get caught in the bike generator
and cause harm and personal injury.

You the buyer are responsible for keeping small
children from the belt and pulley and bike while in operation so
they don't get hurt.
