At this point I stop pedaling the bicycle generator.  The generator ceases to provide current, and instead consumes current as it did before, just sitting there spinning.   You can see that the red line is at the same place it was before I started pedaling.  This means that no real significant amount of charging took place.   A good experiment to conduct next would be to show data logged from charging a battery from 11 Volts to 12 Volts DC.
