STEP 5 - (3 minutes) Mount generator to square tubing,

Slide squre tubing onto generator bike stand rod

 

 

Step STEP 5 - (3 minutes) Mount generator to square tubing
a Now get two 1/4" X 2" screws.  Refer to Figure 1 above.  Put screws through #3 hole and #5 hole counting from the left.
b Tighten snugly
c Flip the generator right side up as shown above in Figure 2. Slide square tube onto end of threaded rod.
d Slide on flat washer, then 5/16 retaining nut as shown in figure 2 above, then add a locking nut after to make sure the retaining nut does not move.
