Step 3 - Remove Screws From  Ascent Magnetic 3 Level Trainer Friction Roller

This stand comes with a friction roller that just wastes all of the useful energy you put out. Let's toss it in the scrap metal recycle bin.
 

At this point you will need to use the 5/32 Allen wrench shown below to remove the two screws shown at detail 1 and 2 above.   After you have removed the screws put them back in the silver barrel threaded barrel they came out of so you will not loose them.
