If you want to assemble a power box to hold  a large capacitor (to help handle the  Television In-rush current), and an AC inverter you can use the parts below with the instruction shown on step 7.

  1.  Open House H218A 18" Custom Installation Enclosure "

  2. 2.0 Farad Digital Power Capacitor

  3. Terminal Strip 30Amp, 6 Gang (Center spacing of 0.562 inch, Accepts up to #10 AWG, 30 Amps per terminal)

  4. DIGITAL WATTS/VOLT METER GREAT Way to see how many Watts your are putting out!

  5. Cobra CPI 875 800-Watt 12-Volt DC to 120-Volt AC Power Inverter Cobra 800 Watt Inverter Max input voltage is 15Volts. This converts the power from the bicycle generator to 110Volt AC power (The same time as what comes out of your wall in your hours).

  6. Universal Dual Splitter, Y Adapter for Cigarette Lighter Socket (Replaceable 12 volt, 5 amp Fuse in plug) so you can plug in a cell phone charger or game  adapter for portable video games.

  7. Fully Insulated Male and Female Crimp Connector rated for 10-12 Gauge wire

  8. 6 of the yellow 3/8 inch crimp ring terminal  10 to 12 Gauge Wire.  And  10 of the  regular size yellow 10-12 Gauge Vinyl Ring Connectors

  9. 4 Watt  Night Light  - the kind you plug into your child's room at night.  This is needed to provide a small load to the generator so that the voltage will not creep up over the max operating limit  (15V) of the AC inverter which will cause it to go into alarm mode.

  10. About 10 Feet of size 12 AWG Red Wire and Black Wire

  11. 20 Amp Automotive Fuse  and a  15 Amp Ato Fuse

  12. Fuseholder 10 AWG

  13. Crimpers used for Crimp on connectors

  14. Wire cutter and stripper

  15. Drill and 1/2" 3/8" drill bits (You may need to get the 1/2" Drill bit with reduced 3/8" Shank to fit your drill)
